Delivery Time:

For major cities in Pakistan, the estimated average delivery time (after the order is shipped) is 3 to 5 working days. Delivery times may be longer in rural locations.

In order for our team to get in touch with you, we ask that you be reachable at the phone provided.

Note: We strongly advise having your orders delivered to your own address in order to prevent unsafe delivery. If the order is delivered to a self-pickup location, like a courier office, Red Milaan will not be responsible for any loss or damage to it.

We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
